Hello,

I'm very new to this type of stuff and I like learning on my own. Is there a
tutorial available that will teach me how to setup a program like the one at
the following link?

There are lots of tutorials at lynda.com. It isn't free, but you can get a 7 day free trial.

Or browse through Lee Brimelow's tutorials at gotoAndLearn.com. Free,
immediately accessible, and the best of their kind. (Although you can't beat
the lynda.com series for breadth of coverage.)

You are not going to find a how-to-build tutorial on your boat site, but you
can find out how that sort of thing is put together. It will take a few weeks
to get your head around the basics, and another few weeks to come up with a
working site...but by that point you'll have consumed an awful lot of knowledge
that you can use over and over.
