looking for a tutorial

hey folks,
I'm trying to find a tutorial that will show how to develop a series of images
in a row, that will scroll left or right, depending upon if the mouse if over
the left side of the flash or the right.....an example of what I'm referring to
can be found at: http://www.robbinsfloor.com/homepage.html

found underneath the white content area, is a row of images that scroll when
the mouse is over the left or right side....anyone know where I can find a
tutorial for that?
