publish settings?

Hi,

how do I do the following:

I have a flash doc with a certain hight and with and I want to export it in
..swf and .exe but I want the size of the window to be exact, I dont want people
to resize it by dragging the mouse!
By the way, to send a flas movie by mail in order to receive it open and
palying in the outlook window is there a way, or do I always have to send it as
attachment?
