Post subject: launch a .MOV from a Flash .EXE?

| I am making a presentation in the form of an .exe file and I would like to
launch an external Quicktime movie file, is this possible?
The .mov are too many and too big, I think Flash would choke if I tried
importing them [over 1 GB in total]
