Post subject: Getting a flash animation into video editing software
Archived from groups: macromedia>flash (more info?)

I found a great way (a little cumbersome, but better than nothing) to get flash
animations into video.

In Flash, go file>export>movie Then for the file format, choose png sequence.
that will spit out a png for every frame. Then just frame by frame it in your
video editing software. not ideal, but if you have something amazing in flash
you want to use, and don't have QTpro, I don't see any other way.

that's my 2¢
