hey. i am new here. here is the deal. i am going to lose my mind if i cannot
figure out how to make a flash photo gallery. i have tried to download a trial
version of flash 8 but everytime i try to install it. it says there is a
problem with the trial. restart computer. that doesn't work. i do not have
900.00 i am not that old either. i just wanna make a flash photo gallery for a
lawn care website. i managed to get a simple little slideshow flash thing on
there but a program guided me through the entire process all the way until it
was time to upload the whole thing to the server. But anything other than that
flash-wise I cannot get to work. I find awesome templates but everywhere i go
there is that horrible $250.00 here, $197.87 here. Can anyone just give me a
good link or something that will help me get the stuff i need to make a flash
photo gallery without having to pay hundreds of dollars. i don't even have a
credit card. thanks.

search the web for "simple viewer". It uses PHP a swf and an xml to create a nice photo gallery. The only catch is you need to have php on your server, most do or can have it enabled.

Hi there,

I have used with good results, the image gallery at www.dwuser.com , I
think it is the xmlflashslideshow, or something like that.

It is a dreamweaver extension and can be easily customised - I am a complete
beginner to flash. If you follow their documentation, it is pretty
straightforward.

It costs around $30, not sure from memory.

okay. lets say i purchase a very kool looking website template made from flash
wizardry. is it easy to EDIT it after that or something? Where would i begin
to edit the timing and images and stuff like that?
