Post subject: urgent/ building tutorials

Actually I want to build up tutorials that provide some guidelines for web
designer to visually designe better web sites.

My question is it possible to build up these tutorials simply and in a very
accurate, powrefl and robust way using Macromedia flash / as I am not
interested to do any programming at all!!

I am desperately in need for a professional help.
