Post subject: auto focus on a flash object in Netscape, Opera FireFox
Archived from groups: macromedia>flash (more info?)

Hello.

I wanted to know if there is any way to autofocus a flash object in Mozilla,
Netscape, etc when page loads.
It works in IE. From what I found so far there is no solution for the other
browser type.

I need it for a flash menu, when page loads and cursor is already on the menu
button then the sub menu should expand.
Well... as in some browsers focus cannot be set on the flash object on page
load then the menu doesnt expand and it waits for a rollover or mousemove.

Any ideas about autofocus on the other browsers other than IE?
Thank you.
- Adrian.
