Video won't play in IE

My video won't play in IE/Windows though it works fine in other browsers. Can
anyone please explain in very simple terms exactly what I need to do to get it
to work? (I can tell that Dreamweaver doesn't like the way it's coded, but
letting Dreamweaver fix it doesn't make it work.) Thanks.

I've also tried using the swfobject extension to install it in Dreamweaver, still no luck. Once again, it plays in all the browsers except IE.
