Starters Video Tutorials

Hi guys. Newbie here.

I need to learn Flash 8 which I have just got. I know a bit about photoshop
which I hope is going to hold me in some stead for the layers etc. I was
wondering if anyone knows of any good video tutorials I can watch to get to
grips with the basics? I find it hard to learn from reading help things etc
but if theres no tutorials available Ill have to take this option! Any1 know
of any good vid tutorials?
