Post subject: Software Simulation

I need to produce a training app that simulates an application. I need to
show some text being typed in. How would I do this in Flash? I tried to get
it in RoboDemo but the Web based app I was trying to capture had drop outs
and color changes. I need to do it in Flash MX 2004
